Policies

In order to keep an efficient process and a sustainable business model we have put the following policies in place.


• Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
•  No refunds, returns or exchanges.

If your order is damaged at the time of delivery
due to shipping or if anything is defective, we will review your claim and do our best to guarantee your satisfaction by sending you a replacement part. Please note the damage at the time of delivery and notify Select Choice Mattress within 24 hours of delivery. Select Choice Mattress is not able to accept returns and orders cannot be canceled after your order has been processed for shipping. If your delivery is rejected or not accepted for any reason, you are not entitled to a refund. There will be a $500 fee per item returned or rejected for any reason.
